External Dispute Resolution

If you have already made a complaint to us and you are not satisfied withthe response provided to you, or after 45 days has passed since you first complained, then you have the option to refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). For objections relating to death benefit claims, these may take up to 90 days to resolve. AFCA can be contacted at:

AFCA replaced the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) as the relevant external dispute resolution body for complaints about superannuation from 1 November 2018.
